Clinica Melz may also assist patients with general information related to travel logistics (such as recommended accommodations or transportation options); however, we are not a travel agency and do not sell flights or travel insurance.

3. Patient Responsibilities

Submit only information and medical images you are authorized to share

Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Clinica Melz

Understand that dental treatments involve inherent risks and outcomes may vary

Final treatment decisions, techniques, and medical judgments are made exclusively by Clinica Melz’s licensed dental professionals.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Payments

Treatment estimates are based on the information provided by the patient and may change following an in-person examination.

Prices may be quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Mexican Pesos (MXN).

Any deposits required to reserve appointments or begin treatment planning will be disclosed in advance.

All payments for dental services are made directly to Clinica Melz.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final cost of treatment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on treatment status and incurred costs.

Travel-related expenses (such as flights or hotels booked independently) are subject to the policies of the respective providers and are not the responsibility of Clinica Melz.
